BFOH Designated a Best Place to Work in Indiana

The law firm of Bamberger, Foreman, Oswald and Hahn, LLP has been named among 66 companies across the state to earn the title of "Best Places to Work in Indiana" by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. The program honors the top companies in the state that create a productive environment in which employees feel valued, as determined through employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys. Bamberger, Foreman, Oswald and Hahn, LLP was one of only two companies in Southwestern Indiana to receive the designation in 2008 and the only Evansville Company to ever receive the award two years in a row. Managing Partner, Terry Farmer, says, "We believe that providing great client service begins with creating a challenging and affirming work environment for our people. This distinction speaks to the success of those efforts."

A few of the successful attributes that identify BFOH to be one of the "Best Places to Work in Indiana" are as follows:

• Women makeup 62% of the BFOH workforce.
• Advanced technology plays a major role in the firm’s work environment such as the ability to work from home through remote access to an internal network, availability of blackberries so attorneys can be reached by clients, and hi-tech disaster recovery that doubles as a protection for both clients and employees.
• Employees can use paid time off to care for elderly parents.
