While BFOH has a strong tradition of excellence in trial skills, we are also a pro-active group standing ready to protect our clients. Many of the firm's attorneys are licensed to practice not only in Indiana, but also in Illinois and Kentucky. We have a broad range of skills that enable us to handle simple to complex business, physician and personal litigation.
Many of our attorneys have been honored for their trial skills. Tom Bodkin is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and a Diplomat of the Indiana Defense Trial Counsel (DTCI). Tom also serves as the current President of the DTCI. Fred White is a Diplomat of the DTCI. Kelly Lonnberg is a Certified Family Law Specialist. Several of the firm's attorneys hold leadership positions with the DTCI and other professional organizations.
Tom Bodkin, Frederick R. Folz, and Cathy Nestrick are registered Indiana Civil Mediators, and Kelly Lonnberg is a registered Indiana Family Law Mediator. The firm is well equipped to handle multiple-party mediations.
