- Review of HR Documents/Forms
- Review and/or draft employment agreements, employee manuals and job applications
- HR Policy creation for any necessary or desired policies not currently in existence
- Advice on HR/Employment regulations i.e. Wage and Hour Issues, Fair Labor Standards Act, Americans with Disabilities Act
- Assist with wage and hour issues
- Review employee files for compliance with internal HR policies
- Review payroll function for compliance with laws and regulations including FLSA and employee vs. independent contractor
- Review payroll function for effectiveness of internal security policies i.e., processes to prevent unauthorized pay rate changes, processes to prevent false employees

- Review and/or draft of trade secret policies
- Review/implementation of mandatory arbitration policies and agreements
