About Us

BFOH has been committed to maintaining a strong regional presence for several years. Fifteen of the firm’s attorneys hold dual licenses to practice law in more than one state. Kentucky is covered by nine of the firm’s business and litigation attorneys. Illinois is served by six of the firm’s business and litigation attorneys. Our attorneys are committed civic leaders throughout the region and reside in the Indiana communities of Evansville, Newburgh, Mount Vernon, New Harmony, Princeton and Boonville, as well as Henderson, Kentucky.

Our strong regional presence today is an outgrowth of the original firm started by Fred Bamberger, William Foreman, C. E. Oswald and Robert Hahn in 1959. For nearly 50 years, BFOH has been located in the historic Hulman Building in downtown Evansville. In recent years, BFOH has added regional offices in Indianapolis, Mount Vernon, Princeton and Poseyville. The firm also has a strong presence in Warrick County.
